August 22, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35-88 SUBJECT : BIR Issuances Distributed and Received by all Internal Revenue Officials and Employees TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned All Bureau of Internal Revenue officials and employees transferring from one place of assignment to another, or leaving the Bureau for reasons of retirement or resignation, shall not be allowed to bring with them official file copies of BIR issuances (Revenue Regulations, BIR Rulings, Revenue Memorandum Orders, Revenue Memorandum Circulars, and others) in their possession prior to their transfer, retirement or resignation. acd This Order is issued to ensure that BIR issuances are available for reference, research, study and other purposes in all offices and units of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
