May 11, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35-66 SUBJECT : Invoice and Receipt of Accountable Forms TO : All Collection Agents, Cash Clerks and other Accountable Officers, and Others Concerned It has been observed by this Office that Collection Agents and Cash Clerks failed to return to this Office the original of the Invoice and Receipt of Accountable Forms (General Form No. 33(A) immediately upon their receipt of the accountable forms which were requisitioned from this Office, in open violation of the instructions contained in the reverse side of General From No. 33(A). The return to this Office of the original of said invoice receipt is not only for the protection of the Collection Agents and Cash Clerks concerned as to the actual quantity of accountable forms and/or the corresponding value thereof received by them, but also for maintaining in this Office a complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of said forms necessary for auditing and accounting purposes. In view thereof, all Collection Agents and Cash Clerks and other accountable officers of this Bureau are hereby instructed to execute General From No. 33(A) immediately upon receipt of the accountable forms, and forward to this Office the original of the same. cdt This order takes effect immediately and strict compliance therewith is enjoined.
