June 9, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-97 SUBJECT : Creation of New Categories of Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. Objective : In order to facilitate identification and monitoring of Income taxes pursuant to Section 28 of the National Internal Revenue Code, the following ATC's are hereby created. cdll Income Payment ATC A. Rent Not Exceeding P500 per month II 050 B. Premium and Annuity II 060 C. Pensions II 070 D. Prize and Awards Amounting to: (b) Corporate IC 120 Regardless of the amount E. Other Fixed and Determinable Gain, Profit and Loss II 080 F. Non-Stock Non-profit Organization IC 011 G. General Professional Partnerships IC 021 II.
