May 26, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-75 SUBJECT : Amendments to Handbook for Special Agents In view of the amendments to the National Internal Revenue Code under various Presidential Decrees and Letters of Instructions, there is a need to up-date the Handbook for Special Agents. It is, therefore, imperative that a Committee be formed to make the necessary amendments. aisa dc In view thereof, the following Special Agents are hereby designated as members of the Committee: Reynaldo A.
