August 21, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-69 SUBJECT : Service Day for all Motor Vehicles Assigned in the National Office and Revenue Regions Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 It was discovered lately that Motor Vehicles are not given the proper care and maintenance by drivers and other users concerned as well. In order to prevent this situation all vehicles mentioned above shall have a service day with the Motor Pool Section, Property Division, this Bureau, once every month for service check up and/or repair if necessary for proper up keep in order to avoid major break-up. The Property Officer in coordination with his Chief Mechanic shall prepare a schedule of said check up and notify all custodians to bring them without fail to the Motor Pool Section on said date. The custodian in turn should abide by this arrangement or suffer the consequences of being held personally liable for whatever damages which may have been caused by failure to submit said vehicle for check up. cdtech All concerned are enjoined to follow strictly the herein requirement.
