Requirements in Order to be Allowed to Remain in the Finance Building After Office Hours

June 9, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-64 SUBJECT : Requirements in Order to be Allowed to Remain in the Finance Building After Office Hours TO : All Department Heads, Division Chiefs and Others Concerned In accordance with the conference of all chiefs of offices in the Finance Building, it was agreed to enforce strictly the provisions of Department Order No. 51-62 which prescribes the regulations to be followed with respect to the stay of employees within the Finance Building after office hours. Beginning June 9, 1964, all employees of this Bureau are prohibited to remain inside the Finance Building from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during working days and the whole day of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays except the Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Operations Head and Chiefs of Divisions. For those employees who are working after 6:00 p.m. or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, they are required to secure passes from their respective division chiefs in accordance with the following form: BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE National Office Manila Date ____________ To Guard on Duty: Please admit M _______________________________________ of _______________________________________________________ (Division or Unit) _________________________________________________________ (Purpose) __________________________________________________________ (Specify date and time) ______________________ (Signature) ______________________ (Designation) In addition to the pass, they should likewise bring with them all the time their identification cards which should be shown to the Treasury Guards at the door upon entering or leaving the building.
