November 11, 2021 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-2021 SUBJECT : Prescribing the Measure Dictionary for the CY 2021 Operational Key Performance Indicators for the Revenue Regions, Revenue District Offices and the Large Taxpayers Service TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees This Order is being issued to prescribe the Measure Dictionary for the CY 2021 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Measure Dictionary shall be used as reference document in the implementation of the Operational KPIs by the Revenue Regions, Revenue District Offices and Large Taxpayers Service. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
