April 3, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-98 SUBJECT : Amending Certain Portions of RMO No. 18-98 dated February 23, 1998 Re: Institutionalization of All Projects Under Operations, Most and Spirit TO : All Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners and Others Concerned Since the Transformation Committee (TRANSCOM) and the MANCOM have the same composition, the TRANSCOM shall no longer hold its regular meeting every Wednesday. Instead, items for discussion concerning the transformation projects which have been institutionalized per RMO No. 18-98 shall be included in the MANCOM meeting every Monday as one of its Agenda. The Deputy Commissioners (DCIRs) shall be responsible for monitoring the status and coordinating the implementation of transformation projects which have been institutionalized in the Services under their respective Group. Only issues/concerns which the Group cannot resolve or those that shall require interface with another Group/s shall be elevated by the DCIRs concerned using attached form marked Annex A. The Issue List shall be submitted to Management Division not later than Thursday for inclusion in the Agenda for discussion in the coming Monday MANCOM meeting. prcd This Order shall take effect immediately.
