June 27, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-89 SUBJECT : Prescribing the Use of the Revised Official Register Book for Leaf Tobacco Received/Removed (BIR Form 3146) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned The Official Register Book (ORB) for Leaf Tobacco Received/Removed (BIR Form 3146) which is currently being used appropriated columns only for information pertaining to transactions with Leaf Tobacco Dealers and Redryers. To provide a form applicable for all types of transactions involving Leaf Tobacco Dealers (L3), Redryers (L3R), Strippers (L6), and Trading Centers (L3TC), BIR Form 3146 is hereby revised to include columns for the following additional entries: a) Leaf tobacco produced in bales, cases and hogsheads b) Partially manufactured tobacco in bales, cases and hogsheads casia c) Tobacco wastage in kilograms d) Pertinent inspections fee(s) Corollary to the above, the Transcript of the Official Register Book (ORB) for Leaf Tobacco Received/Removed (BIR Form 3147), is hereby revised and renumbered as BIR Form 3146-T.
