October 6, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-78 SUBJECT : Amending Rev enue Memorandum Order No. 6 5-75, as amended, the Subject-Matter of which is the Designation of Officials Authorized to Sign Correspondence and Papers in the Bureau and Defining the Flow of Papers and Correspondence TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of sub-Paragraph 1.3. of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 which prescribes the correspondence that can be signed or initialed by the Assistant Commissioners, Assistant Commissioner Bernardo D. Carpio is hereby delegated the authority to sign Waivers of the Statute of Limitations accomplished and submitted by taxpayers in connection with requests for re-investigation of tax cases or protests against the assessment or collection of internal revenue taxes, or other cases where such waiver may be required.
