May 23, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-75 SUBJECT : Creation of a Committee to Take Charge of the Destruction and/or Disposition of Tax Records Including Tax Census Statements, Tax Amnesty Returns and Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In implementation of Section 10 in relation to Section 13 of Revenue Regulations No. 1-75 dated January 9, 1975, in the grant of an ultimate tax amnesty on untaxed income and/or wealth earned or acquired in 1973 and prior years and immunity from investigation of the statement of assets, liabilities and net worth required in Presidential Decree No. 379, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 631, there is hereby created a Committee on Disposition of tax records including tax census, tax amnesty returns and statements of assets, liabilities and net worth composed of: 1. Mr. Conrado P. Diaz Chairman Deputy Commissioner 2. Mr. Bernardo Carpio Vice Chairman Assistant Commissioner 3. Mr. Teodoro Lucero Member Asst. Rev. Service Chief (Adm.) 4. Mr. Clemente Batan Member Asst. Revenue Service Chief (Coll.) 5. Mr. Eufracio Santos Member Tax Amnesty Implementation Officer 6. Mr. Luis Alberto Member Chief, General Services Division 7. Mr. Francisco Rivera, Jr. Member Chief, Intelligence Unit 8. Mr. Reynaldo Suarez Member Chief, Special Investigation Division The Committee shall take immediate steps toward the formulation of rules and regulations regarding the immediate, expeditious and effective destruction and/or disposition of tax records including tax census statements filed under Republic Act No. 2070, as amended, and the records in its possession pertaining to a taxpayer, natural of juridical, who have availed of the amnesty granted under Presidential Decree No. 631 except with respect to those cases enumerated in Sections 2 and 6 thereof. The Committee thru its chairman shall submit a monthly report of its work to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue for appropriate action.
