April 26, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-66 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to the Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax) to Sign Correspondence for the Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In order to enable the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to devote his full time to the supervision of the operations of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and to relieve him from signing routinary papers and correspondence, as those enumerated in paragraph 2 (g) of Revenue Administrative Order No. 13-64, dated November 2, 1964, the same should now be prepared for the signature of the Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax) in the following manner: MISAEL P. VERA Commissioner of Internal Revenue By: POLICRONIO BLANCO Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax) The provisions of this Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately and shall continue to be in force until otherwise repealed or revoked, and all other memoranda, circulars, or orders inconsistent herewith are superseded.
