October 15, 2007 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 33-07 SUBJECT : Supplemental Provisions on the Revenue Memorandum Order No. 25-2007 Restoring the Provisions of Revenue Delegation of Authority Order No. 8-2001 on the Authority to Approve and Sign Various Accountable Forms, Notices, Permits, Reports and Other Documents Processed by the Enforcement Service under the Office of the Deputy Commissioner-Legal and Inspection Group TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned I. Objective In order to further expedite the processing of various accountable forms, notices, permits, reports and other documents within the area of jurisdiction of the Enforcement Service under the Legal and Inspection Group, the Assistant Commissioner-Enforcement Service (ACIR-ES) shall be authorized to act on cases, where the Deputy Commissioner for Legal and Inspection Group (DCIR-LIG) inhibits himself, by signing/approving documents relevant to these cases. II. Supplemental Policy In cases where the DCIR-LIG inhibits himself from signing any of the above-mentioned documents, the ACIR-ES is authorized to sign/approve the same, to expedite action. III. Repealing Clause All existing revenue issuances and portions thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or revoked accordingly. IV.
