October 19, 1995 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-95 SUBJECT : Amendment of RMO No. 53-89 Dated November 24, 1989, Delegating Administrative and Substantive Authority to Regional Directors over Appointments of Personnel TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees In view of the reclassification of positions and devolution of functions pursuant to Executive Order No. Department of Budget and Management, delegation of appointing authority of Regional Directors over original and promotional appointments to positions in the First Level is hereby amended to include the positions indicated in the attached list only. Appointments to the rest of the positions shall be prepared in the National Office. All appointments issued under this Order are subject to Civil Service law and rules, the revised Merit Promotion Plan, Qualification Standards, and all policies now existing or may later be promulgated. This Order, takes effect immediately.
