October 8, 1991 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-91 SUBJECT : Requiring All Revenue District Officers to Conduct Seminars, Dialogues and Campaigns on the Year-End Adjustment for Withholding Tax TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned This Order is issued as a means to maximize the withholding tax system in line with the present Five-Point Tax Administration Program of the Bureau, by ensuring that the year-end adjustment for taxes withheld on compensation income will be correctly implemented for calendar year (CY) 1991. acd In view of this, all Revenue District Officers are hereby required to conduct seminars, dialogues and tax campaigns, particularly for withholding agents, to ensure that the year-end adjustment on withholding taxes is properly complied with. Said seminars, dialogues and campaigns shall be included as part of the Revenue Regions mandatory action plans for the last quarter of CY 1991 and will be monitored, accordingly, through accomplishment reports on your Tactical Plans.
