June 14, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-77 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, Mrs. CATALINA DAET is hereby designated as alternate teller and operator of metering machine for documentary and science stamps in the Tax Clearance Section of the Receivable Accounts Division. This is in addition to her present duties as tax clearance processors. As such, she shall be accountable for her collections and for the proper handling of the metering machine assigned to her. She shall be subject to auditing rules and regulations and shall be properly bonded. cdta As alternate teller, She shall act as such during the absence of any of the principal tellers and her collections shall be turned over to Miss Justiniana Naldoza at the end of each working day. Finally, she shall submit monthly collection reports (BIR Forms 12.31 and 12.01) as well as reports on remittances as required of any collection agent.
