May 5, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-70 Pursuant to the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-70, dated May 5, 1970, there is hereby created a sub-committee under the Staffing Pattern Committee, to be known as the Staffing Pattern Implementing Sub-Committee, with the following as members thereof: Restituto Bacareza Chairman Ricardo J. Mateo Vice-Chairman Fidel S. Banares Member Felicisimo Es. Romero Member Rizalina Licopit Member Redentor Guyala Member The sub-committee shall discharge the following functions: (1) Primarily supervise and direct the implementation of the Staffing Pattern. (2) Maintain the control system relative to personnel distribution and assignment. (3) Recommend policies and procedures relative to personnel distribution and assignment, in accordance with the Staffing Pattern. (4) Maintain a continuing up-to-date data, statistical and otherwise, regarding personnel distribution and assignment, particularly for the use of the Staffing Pattern Committee and the Working Sub-Committee. cd The Staffing Pattern Implementing Sub-Committee shall be under the immediate supervision of the Chairman, Staffing Pattern Committee. All existing orders inconsistent herewith are hereby deemed revoked or modified accordingly. MISAEL P. VERA Commissioner of Internal Revenue
