As per approval of your Office, the Region has just organized the Tax Audit Office with limited personnel. In order that the newly organized office will function efficiently as desired and considering that as of the present there are no revenue personnel that could be assigned to augment the splinter personnel presently assigned therein, it is most respectfully requested that Mr. Jacinto Baccay be temporarily designated as Examiner Aide and that this designation be an exception to existing regulation to this effect.
