April 11, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 31-67 SUBJECT : Uniformity in Designation and Nomenclature of Field Officers and Field Offices To avoid confusion and to insure uniformity in the designation of field officials and in the preparation of official correspondence and stationery for field offices, the following standards are hereby prescribed: cd 1. For letter heads a. The letter head of the stationery and correspondence for a Regional Office, regardless of who signs the communication, should be similar to this model: Republic of the Philippines Department of Finance BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Office of the Regional Director Revenue Region No. 1 Baguio City b. Letter heads for stationery and correspondence in a Revenue District, regardless of who signs the communication, should be similar to this model: Republic of the Philippines Department of Finance BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Office of the Revenue District Officer Revenue District No. 43 Lucena City 2. On official designations a. The two (2) top officers of the Revenue Region shall be known, for all official purposes, as: Regional Director Asst. Regional Director b. The designations of branch chiefs shall be as follows: Chief, Legal Branch Chief, Administrative Branch Chief, Assessment Branch Chief, Collection Branch c. The two highest officials in a revenue district shall be called and addressed as: Revenue District Officer Assistant Revenue District Officer d. The administrative assistants designated in each revenue district to assist revenue district officers on collection matters and to coordinate the activities of collection agents in the district shall be called and addressed as: District Collection Coordinator e. Collection officers in the different municipalities and cities shall be called and addressed as: Revenue Collection Agents This Order takes effect immediately. MISAEL P.
