October 22, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 30-81 SUBJECT : Amendment RMO No. 23-80 on the Delegation of Certain Administrative Powers to the Regional Directors Resolution No. 81-738 dated July 9, 1981 of the Civil Service Commission delegates to their Regional Office the authority to act on requests for dropping from the rolls of employees of offices within their respective regional jurisdictions whose appointments are processed and/or approved therein. cdt Accordingly, and in order that action on appointments to positions involving dropping from the rolls may be expedited, the authority to drop employees from the rolls of the Bureau pursuant to Section 33, Rule XVI, of the Civil Service Rules, or pursuant to P.D. No. 640, is hereby delegated to the Regional Directors in addition to the other delegated duties and responsibilities under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 23-80. Dropping from the rolls by Regional Directors should involve only the incumbents of positions enumerated under annex A of RMO No. 23-80. acd (Sgd.) RUBEN B. ANCHETA Acting Commissioner
