October 15, 1980 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 30-80 SUBJECT : Chief, Fiscal Control - Committee on Printing Revenue Memorandum Order No. 55-76 dated December 27, 1976, designating Mr. Jose Resurreccion, Assistant Revenue Service Chief (Inspection), in representation of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as Chairman of the Specialized Accountable Forms Committee in the Government Printing Office, Port Area, Manila, is hereby amended by making the CHIEF, FISCAL CONTROL DIVISION, as the Chairman of the said Committee. All other provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 36-76 dated September 30, 1976, creating the Committee to supervise the printing of specialized accountable forms in the Government Printing Office remain the same. Original copy of the Statement of Account/Invoice rendered by the Bureau of Supply, duly signed by the Chief Accountant and/or authorized representative. 4. Original copy of Inspection Report of the COA Unit Inspector.
