July 15, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 30-74 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 3-70 dated January 14, 1970, Relative to the Re-organization of the Committee on Denaturing of Distilled Spirits TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Other Concerned In view of the high cost of transportation, especially plane fare and considering that the work of the Denaturing Committee is merely to witness that the denaturing ingredients are mixed with rectified alcohol, henceforth, the chairmanship of the said committee in far-away provinces, especially Visayas and Mindanao, should be the Assistant Regional Director or his representative and the Chief, Specific Tax Branch or his representative and the Chief, Legal Branch or his representative as members. cdt All previous orders, instructions or memoranda or portions thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked.
