September 27, 2021 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 3-2022 SUBJECT : Creation of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC) for Revenue Source under Republic Act (RA) No. 9505, Otherwise Known as Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) Act of 2008 TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. OBJECTIVE: To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of remittances for Final Income Taxes Withheld pursuant to the implementation of RA No. 9505, the following ATC is hereby created: ATC Description Tax Rate Legal Basis BIR Form No. WI730 Total income earned from the time of its opening to its withdrawal under the Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) Act of 2008 20% RA No. 9505/ RR No. 6-2021 1601-FQ II. REPEALING CLAUSE: This Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. EFFECTIVITY: This RMO shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) CAESAR R.
