May 18, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 29-89 SUBJECT : Forwarding to the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue All Income Tax Returns Filed by Revenue Personnel with the Fiscal Control Division as Required Under RMO's Nos. 39-84 and 14-86 as Mandated by RAO 7-84 TO : Assistant Commissioner (Inspection Service) and the Chief, Fiscal Control Division In view of the amendment of RAO 1-88 transferring the function of auditing income tax returns of revenue personnel, including investigation of their assets and liabilities, from the Fiscal Control Division to the Office of the Commissioner, you are hereby instructed to transmit immediately to this Office all income tax returns and Statements of Assets and Liabilities in your custody. You are further instructed to segregate, if any, all returns and statements undergoing investigation and their respective status. For immediate compliance. JOSE U.
