July 11, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 29-88 SUBJECT : Selection Boards TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees In conformity with Civil Service Memorandum Circulars No. 1, s. 1979 and No. 3, s. 1986, the Selection Boards in the National and Regional Offices are hereby reconstituted as follows: cd i 1. National Office Chairman Deputy Commissioner exercising supervision over administrative and personal matters Members Assistant Commissioner (Administrative Service) or his authorized representative Assistant Commissioner representing the Service/Division where the vacancy exists, or his authorized representative cda 2. Regional Offices Chairman Assistant Revenue Regional Director Members Chief, Administrative Branch Chief of Branch/Revenue District Officer where the vacancy exists The functions of the Selection Boards and the procedures to be followed in selection and recruitment shall be in accordance with those prescribed under Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 1979, of the Civil Service Commission.
