August 2, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 29-76 SUBJECT : Allocation of Revenue Regions per Revenue Operations Performance Officer and Duties to be Performed Relative thereto TO : The Revenue Operations Performance Officers Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of Revenue Administrative Order No. 7-75 dated July 1, 1975, the Revenue Operations Performance Officers named below are hereby allocated and/or assigned revenue regions including the units under each region, for the primary purpose of a. Realistically evaluating for the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue the work progress in field offices in relation to work plans; b. Ascertaining whether or not policies and procedures of the Bureau regarding functional activities are being observed and followed; c. Determining whether or not existing systems and methods in the field offices enhance performance of all concerned; d. Pinpointing the problems and constraints in the implementation of work plans including the making of follow-ups in the implementation of recommendations; e. Tracing the delays in the submission of desired reports and recommending appropriate solutions therefor; f. Discharging the duties of Action Officer of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue in so far as the particular regional office and units under it are concerned and in connection therewith to act as adviser or consultant on matters pertaining to the said regional office; and g.
