September 22, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 29-72 SUBJECT : Discontinuance of the Preparation of Abstracts of Collections by the Data Processing Center for the Collection Agents in the Greater Manila Area TO : Collection Agents and others concerned. In view of the fact that practically all the major taxes are now paid thru the banks, thereby leaving a few taxes like privilege taxes, tobacco inspection fees and other miscellaneous taxes which are to be collected with the use of Revenue Official Receipts, the Data Processing Center shall no longer prepare the abstracts of payments made with the collection agents. For this reason, all collection agents in the Greater Manila Area shall prepare the report of collections on BIR Forms No. 12.31 for all taxes collected by them. This supersedes all orders and instructions which are inconsistent herewith. This Order shall take effect on October 1, 1972 MISAEL P. VERA Commissioner of Internal Revenue
