November 7, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 29-01 SUBJECT : Amendment to RMO 24-98 defining the new composition of the Inspection and Acceptance Committee in the National Office TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In view of the reorganization and streamlining of the Bureau as authorized by Executive Order No. 175, the Inspection and Acceptance Committee in the National Office is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman Head Revenue Executive Assistant, Policy and Planning Service or his duly authorized representative; Members Chief, Procurement Division or his duly authorized representative, Chief, General Services Division or his duly authorized representative; A Representative of the Requisitioning Unit whose technical expertise may be needed to determine the acceptability of the supplies, materials, spare parts and/or equipment delivered, who may be: 1. The Chief, Systems Support Division, ISOS or his duly authorized representative on computer supplies, equipment and related services; 2. The Chief, Accountable Forms Division or his duly authorized representative for accountable forms. Deliveries of accountable forms printed by the National Printing Office and the APO NEDA Production Unit, Inc. which are supervised and controlled by Special Committees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, need not be inspected again by the Inspection and Acceptance Committee. This newly reconstituted committee shall discharge the same functions as that of the defunct committee created under RMO 21-83. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) LILIAN B.
