May 28, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28-97 SUBJECT : Project Management Office (PMO) Authorized Signatories TO : All Revenue Personnel and Others Concerned I. Purpose In view of the forthcoming travel of BIR officials of the Project Management Office (PMO), the authorized signatories of PMO documents and documentations are hereby modified / delegated. LLphil II. Policies The following revenue officials are hereby designated as signatories of the PMO documents/ documentations relative to the implementation of the BIR Tax Computerization Project (TCP), from May 30, 1997 to June 25, 1997. A. Disbursement Voucher (General Form No . 1) B. Check/s C. Approval of Payroll of Norma Lipana Salaries and Overtime Project Manager, Finance Group III. Repealing Clause This Order modifies Revenue Memorandum Order No. 62-94 and Revenue Administrative Order No. 2-97 IV. Effectivity This Order is effective from May 30 to June 25, 1997.
