April 20, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28-90 SUBJECT : Amendment to Certain Provisions of RMO 1-83, Re: Annual Work Plan of the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Assistant Commissioners, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs and Others Concerned In view of the requirement to submit Strategic Plans under the unnumbered memorandum of the Commissioner dated October 30, 1989, the preparation of the Annual Work Plan shall be temporarily discontinued until 1992 when the medium term plan of the bureau shall have been implemented. Thus, it shall be clear that the Strategic Plans shall remain to be submitted for the next two (2) more years. cd However, beginning 1993, the submission of the Annual Work Plan shall resume. It shall be submitted to the Planning & Research Division on or before January 30 of every year. The Planning & Research Division shall prepare a consolidated report by region, copy furnished the Management Information & Data Control Systems Division not later than March 30 of each year following its submission by all concerned.
