July 2, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28-74 1. In order to be able to release the refund checks within the period specified in Presidential Decree No. 69 without earning interest at the rte of 6% per annum and as a complement to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 17-74, the following ranking officials of the Assessment Department are hereby authorized to sign refund checks representing overpayment of withholding tax on wages: cd a) Atty. Juan M. Corona Assistant Revenue Operations Head (Administration) b) Mr. Irineo L. Santos, Jr. Special Assistant (Assessment) 2. This Order takes effect immediately. MISAEL P.
