May 12, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 28-64 SUBJECT : Disposition of Income Tax Returns of Taxpayers Whose Addresses are Outside the Philippines TO : All Regional Directors, Chiefs of Income & Business Tax Branches and Chief, Income Tax Division 1. All income tax returns bearing addresses outside the Philippines which are received in any of the regional offices or in the Income Tax Division should be forwarded to Regional Office No. 6, South Manila Region, which region is hereby authorized to take custody of said returns. 2. Returns of this nature received in Regional Office No. 6 should be processed in a similar manner as the other returns with respect to classification, numbering, audit and assessment. If any investigation is needed the said region is likewise authorized to conduct the investigation. cdll Strict compliance herewith is desired. (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
