August 5, 1986 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 27-86 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority on Different Levels of Decision Making and Responsibility TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned To properly delineate responsibilities in delegation of and accountability in the signing of communications, orders, circulars, memoranda, correspondence, and other papers in the national, regional and district levels relative to the position levels in EO 1042, a consolidated list of said delegation, as attached, is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned. cdt The consolidated list has been grouped into (I) Communications on Operations, and (II) Communications on Administration. The tabulation further presents the description of the correspondence, the office issuing the same, the signor, and the changes from the former to the prescribed procedure. All Revenue Officials are instructed to circularize this consolidated list to all concerned and ensure that every working unit under his jurisdiction have a file copy for ready reference. cd i This memorandum takes effect immediately.
