April 13, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 27-66 SUBJECT : To Extend Full Cooperation and Assistance to the Members of the PARGO TEAM Detailed with the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Officials and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Others Concerned In view of the creation of a Pargo Team of investigators detailed with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, officials and employees of this Bureau are hereby enjoined to extend to the members of the said team their full cooperation and assistance. The initial composition of the team is as follows: 1. Col. Alberto K. Arenas Team Leader 2. Atty. Eulalio Resurreccion Member 3. Mr. Eutropio Val. Apalisok Member cdtech (SGD.) MISAEL P.
