July 3, 1991 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 26-91 SUBJECT : Deleting Certain Reporting Requirements of Foreign Related Transactions Prescribed in RMO No. 46-90 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In order to facilitate the preparations of BIR Form No. TC-004 (Information Form on Foreign Related Transaction), the requirement of reporting transactions relative to the Sales of Stocks in Trade (R-1) and Purchases of Stock in Trade (P-1) prescribed in RMO No. 46-90 is hereby deleted. All other information required about foreign related transactions (Code R2 to $13 and P2 to P13) shall continue to be reported. All concerned are likewise reminded of the deadline for submission of Form No. TC-004 to the International Tax Affairs Division, which is not later than the 60th day from the date of serving of the Letter of Authority authorizing the investigation of the particular corporation. acd This Order takes effect immediately.
