December 3, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 26-79 SUBJECT : Designation of Official to Sign Papers During the Absence of the Commissioner TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Effective today and for the duration of my absence on account of my forthcoming trip to Geneva, all papers ordinarily submitted to me for signature or approval shall be prepared for the signature or approval of Deputy Commissioner Ruben B.
