July 9, 1980 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 25-80 SUBJECT : Inter-District Reshuffle of Fieldmen Assigned in All Regions Other than Regions 4-A and 4-B TO : Regional Directors and All Others Concerned The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, the Regional Directors are hereby directed to effect an inter-district reshuffle of group supervisors and examiners within their respective regions. The general guidelines enumerated hereunder shall be followed in effecting the reshuffle. Additional guidelines applicable to situations peculiar to the region may be formulated by the Revenue Regional Director provided the same do not nullify those prescribed in this order. acd 1. All group supervisors and examiners who have stayed in their present assignments for more than five (5) years, without any exception , shall be reshuffled. 2. The staffing imbalance of examiners and group supervisors in the Revenue Districts within the Region shall be corrected, if possible. 3. Performance shall be considered in effecting the reshuffle of these personnel by transferring good performers to better or bigger revenue districts and vice-versa. casia 4. The transfer of examiners and group supervisors shall be to the appropriate Revenue District nearest to their present assignments or place of residence, whenever feasible. The Revenue Travel Assignment Order to effect the reshuffle shall be submitted to the Commissioner for approval not later than July 31, 1980. The additional guidelines followed in effecting the reshuffle and the list of examiners showing the length of stay in their present assignments shall also be submitted with the proposed TAO. aisa dc This Order takes effect immediately.
