April 25, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 24-89 SUBJECT : Amending Certain Portions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 14-89 dated January 23, 1989 relative to the use of Authority to Issue Payment Order/Accept Payment (BIR Form No. 2319A) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned 1. Paragraph II A 2 is hereby amended to read as follows: "The printing thereof shall be in triplicate, bound in fifty (50) sets per pad, and done only upon approval of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue or his duly authorized Internal Revenue Officer." 2. Additional Guidelines: I. The ATIPO/ATAP shall be printed in two forms - one with just the front page and the other back to back. The latter shall be issued/used solely for Excise Tax purposes while the former, for all other purposes. J. Printing shall be made in ordinary bond paper, as an exception to the Unnumbered Memorandum of the CIR dated May 30, 1988, which provides that security paper shall be used for accountable forms.
