March 4, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 24-88 SUBJECT : Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form 12.09) TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned As prescribed under Section IV-2 of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 4-88, the Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form 12.09 - duplicate) shall be submitted to the PO/CR Monitoring Division. However, inasmuch as the PO/CR Monitoring Division has been transferred to the Financial Service, the aforementioned collection report shall be forwarded, instead, to the Collection Performance Evaluation Division. aisa dc Please be guided accordingly.
