May 22, 1962 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 24-62 TO : All Department Heads, Division Chiefs, Regional Directors and Others Concerned In view of my assumption of duties as Commissioner of Internal Revenue as of this date, all papers and correspondence for the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue pursuant to Memorandum Order No. V-862 dated September 8, 1958, should be prepared in the following manner: JOSE B.
