September 24, 1987 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 23-87 SUBJECT : Reimbursable Transportation Allowance and Gasoline Expenses of BIR Officials and Employees TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned In view of the recent increase in the price of gasoline and cost of transportation, the reimbursable transportation allowances of revenue enforcement officers, collection officers and other personnel performing field duties as provided under RMO NO. 11-80 dated February 27, 1982, as amended, are hereby increased by 15%. Moreover, the grant of additional P100 gasoline expenses to revenue officials with RP vehicle is hereby authorized. The new rates of monthly allowances to which revenue personnel are entitled depending on their position and assignment, are as follows: Present Rate New Rate P200 P230 220 255 230 265 260 300 270 310 300 345 340 390 410 470 This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect September 1, 1987. acd (SGD.)
