July 3, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 23-73 Paragraph 3 of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 19-73, dated June 4, 1973, is hereby amended to read as follows: "3. Warrants in the amount of P200 or less will be signed by the signometer in the names of Messrs. Leonardo L. Cabaero, Revenue Operations Head, Assessment Department and Roberto P.
