August 22, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 23-72 1. In compliance with the provisions of Section 16 of the National Internal Revenue Code, Mr. LUIS D. REYNOSO, JR., Processor, Tax Clearance Section, is hereby designated special deputy to the Commissioner for the purpose of administering oaths in matters concerning applications for tax clearance certificates. 2.
