Designation of Mr. Osmundo G. Umali as Special Assistant in the Office of the Revenue Attaché

April 14, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 23-67 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and pursuant to Section 550 of the Revised Administrative Code, Mr. Osmundo G. Umali, E-46, is hereby relieved of his present duties in Revenue District No. 35, Revenue Region No. 7, North Manila, and directed to report to the Office of the Revenue Attach Philippine Consulate General, San Francisco, California, U.S.A., as Special Assistant. As such Special Assistant, he is hereby directed to assist the Revenue Attach in the performance of his duties as enumerated in Revenue Memorandum Order No. 18-65 dated May 10, 1965, with particular emphasis on Section 4, 6, and 6-a of the said Memorandum Order. It is understood, however, that in connection with this assignment, Supervising Examiner O. G. Umali will not claim, and is not entitled to any living and quarters allowances, nor cost of transportation to and from the United States. Before leaving for his new assignment, he must first comply with the requirements of Field Circular No. V-25 regarding inventory of pending papers, correspondence and property responsibilities in his possession. cdtech This Order shall take effect immediately.
