September 27, 1987 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 22-87 SUBJECT : Tax Credit Certificates Originating from the Board of Investments In order not to disrupt the issuance and release of all tax credit certificates, either originally issued or authorized for transfer by the Board of Investments, said tax credit certificates together with all the pertinent enclosures thereof shall be coursed directly to the Office of the undersigned from the Investment Incentives Division. All Tax credit certificates now pending action in the Sector Operations Office should be referred to said office for approval. aisa dc This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) Victor A.
