April 3, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 22-70 SUBJECT : Seminar on Republic Act 5203 The following employees of Revenue District No. 24, Malabon, Rizal, are required to attend a one-day seminar on the proper implementation of Republic Act 5203 to be conducted on April 25, 1970, from 8 to 12 a.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. in the District office, Revenue District No. 24, Malabon, Rizal.
