Amendment to RMO 21-88 defining the new composition of the Committee on Disposal of Specialized Accountable Forms in the National Office

February 14, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-94 SUBJECT : Amendment to R M O 21-88 Defining the New Composition of the Committee on Disposal of Specialized Accountable Forms in the National Office TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In view of the streamlining of the Bureau as authorized by Executive Order No. 132, the Committee on Disposal of Specialized Accountable Forms in the National Office is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman - Head Revenue Executive Assistant (Intelligence & Investigation) or his duly authorized representative; Member - Assistant Chief, Accountable Forms Division; Member-Witness - Resident COA Auditor to the Bureau of Internal Revenue or his duly authorized representative. This newly reconstituted committee shall discharge the same functions as that of the defunct committee created under RMO 21-88. This Order takes effect immediately.
