May 17, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-90 SUBJECT : Daylight Saving Time Flexible Working Hours TO : All Officials and Employees Effective May 21, 1990, upon commencement of Daylight Saving Time, the flexi-time schedules of officials and employees shall be temporarily suspended. Official working hours shall, therefore, be from 8:00 o'clock A.M. to 12:00 o'clock noon and from 1:00 o'clock P.M. to 5:00 o'clock P.M. as adjusted based on DST. aisa dc This program shall be observed until further notice.
