April 1, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-64 In line with the policy of this Administration to protect the health and welfare of government employees without, however, impairing the interest of the public in general, Revenue Memorandum Order No. 20-64 is hereby amended to include emergency employees, except those assigned as janitors, to enjoy the reduced period of labor during the hot season to five continuous hours. However, all chiefs of sections, chiefs of units and chiefs of divisions, Regional Directors and Chief Revenue Officers are hereby enjoined to require the attendance in the afternoon of at least two thirds of the emergency employees in their respective offices. cdta This order shall take effect on April 16, 1964.
