August 16, 2007 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-07 SUBJECT : Creation of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC) of Selected Revenue Source Under the Tax Forms Enhancement Program TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. Objective : To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of Payments for One-Time Amnesty Tax pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 29-2007 and for Integrated Tax System purposes, the following ATC is hereby created: KIND OF TAX ISSUANCE/ BIR ATC LEGAL BASIS/ FORM REASONS NO. Miscellaneous Taxes - Payment for One-Time Amnesty on RMC No. 29-2007 0616 MC290 Certain Tax and Duty Liabilities Incurred by Certain Business Enterprises Operating Within the Special Economic Zones and Freeports II. Repealing Clause : This Revenue Memorandum Order revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. Effectivity : This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
